Messuage at Henley-in-Arden in the occupation of --- Shakespeare; land at Hunger Hill, Wootton Wawen in the occupation of James Waters. - To sons, John and Thomas Edkins, leasehold premises in Henley rented by the Churchwardens Overseers to sons John and Thomas equally during term of leases. - Furniture of parlour and chamber over to wife Mary. - £100 each to daughters, Elizabeth and Mary Edkins. Residue of estate equally between sons John and Thomas. Brother John Edkins and son Thomas Edkins joint executors. Codicils: Revoking bequests of £100 each to daughters and making bequest of £250 each to them. Bequeaths all household furniture to wife.
