Letter from John Payne Collier, Shakespearean critic (1789-1883), dated at Maidenhead, co. Berks., to John Hibbert, esq., sending a facsimile copy of a 1603 edition of Hamlet belonging to the Duke of Devonshire:
Collier also enquires about the address of Mr [George?] de la Pryme in Cambridge, whose son has sent him some pretty lines on a [person whose character was judged as not meeting social norms prevailing at the time].
