Conveyance from William Oldaker of Old Stratford, gent., to Mary Wells of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster, for £462, of a messuage in Back Bridge Street, late in the tenure of Mary Wells, widow (mother of the said Mary Wells) and since of Richard Hopkins; which messuage has been lately erected by William Oldaker in place of a messuage once belonging to William Dyde, and purchased by William Oldaker of Richard Allen. Bond enclosed.
