Probate copy of the will of Nathaniel Cookes of Old Stratford, gentleman, bequeathing to his wife Isabella Cookes, for life, all his real estate, with reversion to his nephew John Cookes, for life, and after his decease, to his great-niece, Ann Toy (daughter of John Cookes) and her children. Proved in the Peculiar Court of Stratford-upon-Avon, 9 April 1804
