Assignment from the trustees and executors of the late John Payton of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, to trustees for Thomas Arkell of Stratford-upon-Avon, innholder, and James Arkell of Tewkesbury, gent., of two terms of years in five pieces of land adjacent to, and now used with, the White Lion Hotel; to hold in trust to attend the inheritance, the freehold having been purchased by Thomas and James Arkell by a conveyance of even date.
