Bond from George Bolton of Longcombe, co. Oxon., gent., and John Throckmorton of Lypyate, co. Gloucs., esq., to Arthur Gregorye of Stychall, esq. in 200 pounds; the condition of the bond being that, whereas by indentures of even date the said Arthur appointed the said George as his deputy in the office of feodary and surveyor particular and receiver in Warr' and Coventrye, the said George should account annually to the court of Wards and Liveries and ensure that no claims are made against the said Arthur in respect of his office.
