Description

Lease from William Stoktonn of Kyngushulle and Alice his wife, to Geoffrey their son and Matilda his wife, of two messuages with curtilages and one quarter of land with meadows, pastures, and all their appurtenances in Hulle which formerly belonged to Thomas Thornndonn; which messuages with curtilages lie in breadth between the tenement formerly belonging to Roger Parsonn and the tenement of Robert Burdet, and in length between the street of the said Town and the field called Brokfeld'; to hold to the said Geoffrey and Matilda and the heirs of the body of the said Geoffrey for the term of the life of the said William and Alice his wife, rendering annually 4s. 7 1/2 d. and a heriot of 4 shillings on the death of the said Geoffrey and Matilda or any of their heirs.
