Description

Covenants by Richard Cure late of Brincklowe and now of Walton in the parish of Moncks Kirby gent., and John Cure of Brincklowe yeoman (son of the said Richard) with Loveisgod Gregory of Stivechall esq., that, in consideration of the three several sums of £66 13s. 4d. paid to the said Richard and John for the use of Christopher Cure, Mary Cure and Lucy Cure (younger son and daughters of the said Richard), the said Christopher and Mary during Michaelmas term next will seal and deliver to the said Loveisgod indentures of lease and release bearing date 25 and 26 August 1684 [nos. 144-5], and that they, together with the said Richard and John Cure will during the said term levy a fine of the said premises to the said Loveisgod. Other covenants that Lucy Cure will make the same assurances when she comes of age. Signed: John Cure. Two tags, seals missing. Witnesses: Abraham Pagett, John Wightman and Thomas Murcott.
