Description

Lease and release, the release being firstly a conveyance from Samuel Fleckne of Brincklow labourer, and John Warren of Daventry, co. Northants., schoolmaster (trustee for the benefit of the said Samuel Fleckne), to William Goodman of Brincklow, bricklayer, and Richard Rathbone of Brincklow carpenter, his trustee, for £20 paid by the said William Goodman to John Watts of Binley gentleman, and £17 10s. 0d. paid by the same to the said Samuel Fleckne, of a messuage or cottage with a bay of barning and backside in Brincklow in the tenure of the said Samuel Fleckne (reserving to Susannah Smith a right of way through the yard belonging to the said premises); and secondly an assignment from the said John Watts to John Collett of Brincklow blacksmith, of a mortgage, reciting nos. 172 and 174, of the said premises, to hold in trust for the said William Goodman for the residue of a term of 500 years.
