Gift with warranty from Adam Cok' of Coventr' son of Alexander Cok' to Richer de Weston' of all that land with houses built thereon in Gosforde Street, Coventr', lying between the land which Robert Hawern held and the land which John Hapertas held in length and in breadth from Gosford' Street to Hyrsumdich; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee rendering annually 12 pence of silver (4 terms) and one pair of white gloves of the price of one penny or a penny at Easter; and for this the said Richer gives 7 marks of silver.
