Grant of probate, with copy will, dated 3 December 1709, of John Mallory of Woodcote, gent., bequeathing: to his daughters, Ann and Sarah Mallory, £240 each; to his son, Daniel, premises in Ullenhall in the tenure of John Fisher, a house and closes in Beausale, and £200; to his son, Robert, land in Ullenhall in the tenure of William Rudhall and £200; to his wife, Ann Mallory, an annuity of £20; to his son, John, the manor of Woodcote and premises in Woodcote, Leek Wootton and Hill Wootton. With minor bequests to his daughters, Mary Riley and Elizabeth Mallory.
