Description
Covenant between John Randoll of Preston Bagot, gentleman, and Thomas Welch of Wootton Wawen, gent., (for the better securing of the payment of the debts of the said John Randoll) to levy a fine of a messuage and nine closes and three meadows in Preston Bagot, to the use of the said Thomas Welch in trust to sell for the benefit of John Randoll's creditors. Schedule of debts annexed.
