Description

Assignment from William Williams, Robert Mitchell, Walter Markes and Robert Marsh, citizens of London, to Thomas Bowyer citizen and grocer of London, of a lease dated 15 June 1624, from James I to Sir Henry Hobart, Sir James Fullerton, Sir John Walter and Sir Thomas Trevor (for the benefit of the then Prince of Wales) of the manor of Henley in Arden, alias Beaudesert, for 99 years, at an annual rent of £28, which lease was assigned to William Williams, Robert Mitchell, Walter Markes and Robert Marsh on 16 May 1628.
