Grant from William de Arden to Peter, son of William of Coventry, of all that land sold to William by Richard, with houses, messuages, land in the open fields, meadows and all appurtenances, for homage and service. To have and hold from William of Arden and his heirs to the said Peter and his heirs, freely, paying 30 pence annually by instalment for all scutage and taxes.
