Draft bond from the Rev. H.C. Knight of Oak Hill house, West Cowes, I.O.W. clerk and C.R. Knight of 36 Montague Square co. Middx. esq. to Richard Henry Tarleton of Kings Heath house, Kingsnorton co. Worcs. gent. in the sum of £1,000, reciting a conveyance of even date from John Bullar and W.F. Beadon to the said R.H. Tarleton in consideration of £11,488.14s.6d. of messuages and lands comprising Boarded House farm and part of Oldberrow Hill farm in Studley, Ullenhall, Wootton Wawen and Oldberrow cos. Warwick and Worcester, and rentcharge in lieu of tithes apportioned on lands in Ullenhall. As in no. DR 225/33, the said H.C. Knight and C.R. Knight bound themselves to indemnify the purchaser against any possible incidence of land tax on these properties. Schedule of lands with description and quantity.
