Lease only of possession [release of 25 February 1779 lacking] from Edward Knight jun. of Wolverley co. Worcs. esq. devisee and trustee named in the will of Benjamin Palmer late of Olton in Solihull esq. decd., William Richard Wilson of Solihull esq. and Jane Ann Eleanor his wife, one of the heirs at law of the said Benjamin Palmer, Henry Greswold Lewis of Malvern Hall in Solihull esq. and the Rev. Henry Wigley of Pensham co. Worcs. clerk, the two other heirs at law of the said Benjamin Palmer, to Thomas Fisher of Spring-field House in Hampton-in-Arden esq. of the manor of Ulnall otherwise Ullenhall with the capital messuage or manor house known as the Hall and sundry closes and parcels of meadow, pasture, arable and woodland (names specified), except the Hop Yard close [ c.], the whole containing 205 acres 2 roods 13 perches, to hold for one whole year at a peppercorn rent to enable him to accept a release of the same to be made on the day following between the said Edward Knight jun. of the first part, the said W.R. Wilson, J.A.E. Wilson, H.G. Lewis and Henry Wigley of the second part, Charles Baldwyn of Aqualate co. Staffs. esq. and Elizabeth his wife of the third part, and the said Thomas Fisher of the fourth part. Signed and sealed by the lessors. Five armorial seals applied on green silk: 1. indistinct 2. a chevron between 3 mullets of 6 points, impaling a (?) wolf passant and in chief three mullets 3. the same 4. no impression 5. a fess and in chief two greyhounds courant Witnesses: R.
