Settlement on the marriage of Stephen, son of Robert Philips of Wispington, Lincolnshire, yeoman, to Bridget, daughter of Emma Dymocke of Haugham, widow, being a conveyance from the said Emma to Thomas Braxholm of Lincoln, esquire, George Harrison of Marram in the Fern, yeoman, Edward Dymocke of Thorneton next Hornecastle, Lincolnshire, esquire, and William Smyth of Eddington, Lincolnshire, yeoman, of land in Bamborough, Lincolnshire, land in Hornecastle, a meadow in Thorneton Inges, a messuage in Broughe in the Marshe and another in Thorpe in le Marche, provided that the said Stephen and Bridget beget heirs male: to hold to the use of the said Stephen and on his death to the use of the said Bridget and their heirs male.
