Assignment of lease from Edward Ferrers of Baddesly Clynton esq. with the consent of Edward Trussell of Nuthurst esq. to George Warde of Manningtree [Manningtree], co. Essex woadman of the messuage or mansion house of Nuthurst, one meadow, 6 acres of pasture, Broome field, Great rough, and Church field in the occupation of the said Edward Trussell, a messuage, pasture land, ome pasture called Impyard, a close adjpining the church-yard called Church field, one close adjoining the common highway, two closes called the upper closes and a meadow and word used with the said messuage then in the occupation of Richard Peyto, all this property being in Nuthurst or Hempton-in-Arden. To hold for the residue of a term of 99 years leased to the said Edward Ferrers by the said Edward Frussell and Thomas Trussell of Nuthurst esq. deceased on 29 September 15 Charles I [1639] for the annual rent of £3.
