Description
Conveyance from Edward Maudick of Great Alne alias Round Alne, yeoman (son and heir of John Maudick late of Great Alne aforesaid, yeoman, deceased, who was son and heir of John Maudick late of the same place, yeoman, deceased, by Ann his wife, daughter and heir of William Greenhill late of the same place, yeoman, deceased) to Thomas Clarson of Alcester, dyer (reciting ER3/2642-2643 and also an indenture dated 2 February 1729 between Barnabas Smith of Packwood, yeoman, and Sarah his wife of the first part, Edward Maudick of the second part and Thomas Clarson of the third part, whereby Barnabas Smith and Sarah his wife, for £150 to them paid by Thomas Clarson by the direction of Edward Maudick, in discharge of his share of £300 secured on part of the premises mentioned in right of Sarah his wife, released to Thomas Clarson his interest in the premises so charged and therein specified; and reciting an indenture of 18 October 1730 between Edward Maudick and Thomas Clarson whereby Edward Maudick, in consideration of £97 12s 6d., being interest in arrear from the several sums of £720 and £150 as well as for the further sum of £30, then due from Edward Maudick and Thomas Clarson upon a bond dated 5 May 1730, with interest on the same amounting to £3 12s 6d. charged the premises therein mentioned with the further sum of £131 5s 0d; and reciting ER3/2644-ER3/2646), in consideration of the above mentioned mortgage sums making £1065 and of a further sum of £535 to Edward Maudick by Thomas Clarson, of all the premises mentioned in ER3/2642-2643, free from all encumbrances.
