Lease for a year (preliminary to release and conveyance of 22 May 1823 which is missing) from William Knight of Baughton, co. Worcs., yeoman, and George Knight of Tewkesbury, co. Glos., cabinet-maker to Robert Knight of Barrels, co. Warwick, esq., of lands in Studley. Signed: Wm. Knight, George Knight, with seals. Witnesses: Thos: Bird Jnr., solicitor, Upton-upon-Severn, Wm. Ainsworth of same place, clerk to Mr. John Clarke, solictor.
