Receipt from Edward Nevile, Lord Bergavenny, to John Archer, esq., his surveyor general, for 10 marks, of which 6s 8d was delivered to the Clerk of the Tower by Archer; with a grant of the said sum to Archer for his own use from the sale of wood in any of Nevile's lordships or from receipts due to Archer by virtue of his office. Allowance of same to be made by auditors. Signed sealed 'Edward bergeveny'
