Copy lease from William [Malvern alias Parker] Abbott of the monastery of St. Peter, Gloucester, and the convent of the same to Sir John Russell, Strensham, Worcs., Kt., and Jerome Cooke, Clifford [Chambers], Glos., gent., for 99 years at £35 p.a. of the manor, lands and tenements belonging to the said monastery in Clifford Chambers, with all rights thereto appertaining (excepting advowsons of churches, chapels and chantries) together with their lands, tenements and rights in the hamlet of Ailstone lying in the parishes of Atherstone [on-Stour] and Clifford.
