Feoffment from Luke Barlow, alias Varnum, of Stratford-upon-Avon, labourer, to William Chandler of the same, for £18, of a cottage in his tenure, on the West side of the Rother Market, Stratford-upon-Avon, containing one bay of building, which he purchased from Samuel Tyler of Shottery, bounded on one side by a barn of the said Samuel Tyler on one side in the tenure of Mr.Cale, and on the other side by a tenement late in the occupation of Phillip Box.
