Copy bargain and sale from Anthony Bourne, son and heir of John Bourne of Holt, co. Worcs., to Thomas Ashwyn of Willersey, husbandman, for £135, of a messuage and virgate of land called Blezards, a messuage and tenement called Osbornes, a parcel of land called Le Lott, a cottage called Styles, and 11 selions of land, all lying in Willersey and in the tenure of Thomas Ashwyn, and which he held by copy of court roll; also all the lands in Willersey in the tenure of Thomas Dey, part of 8 virgates which Thomas Ashwyn, grandfather of the said Thomas and other customary tenants of Willersey held by demise of the now dissolved monastery of Evesham; to hold to the use of the said Thomas Ashwyn rendering annually to the said Anthony Bourne 7s 6 1/2 d.
