Draft release by William Davis, Stockwell, Glos., gent. and Sarah his wife to John Davis, Chastleton Hill, Oxon., gent., and brother of said William, and by way of exchange for lands in Hook Norton devised to said John under will of their father William, Chastleton, deceased, and £1900 difference in value paid by John of 27 acres land in Evenlode.
