Grant from John Ruyne, of `Stretforde super Avone', to Margery Ruyne, his sister, of the fourth part of a burgage in Stratford in a street called `le Merestret', the tenement of St. Wolstan on the one part and the tenement of John Lockesleie on the other. Witnesses: William Westyngton, provost of Stratford, Nicholas Lacy and Thomas Trout, `cachepolles', Nicholas Saucer and Richard Fylle.
