Description

Lease from Lionel Cranfield [Sackville], Earl of Dorset and Middlesex, to William Dyde of Stratford upon Avon, baker, on the surrender of a former lease, dated 23 December 1703, to George Hands and for a fine of £6, of a plot of ground adjoining Wood Street, in Stratford for 99 years terminable with the lives of the said William Dyde, now aged about 26 years, Avis, his wife, about 21, and Michael Pane, one of the sons of Clement Pane of Old Stratford, about 16, for a yearly rent of 14shillings.
