Description

Deed of sale by Margery Lorde, of Stratford upon Avon (widow of Ralph Lorde, and formerly wife of Christopher Smythe, al. Courte) and Richard Smyth, al. Courte of Stratford, butcher, and Margaret his wife, to Henry Wilson, Henry Walker, Thomas Barbor, John Gybbs and Daniel Baker, of Stratford, gentlemen, for £30 of `a messuage or tenement and parte of a sellor or taverne, as the same is nowe devided' and used in the `Myddle Row', between the tenements now or late of John Lorde and the Bailiff and burgesses, of Stratford respectively, and being now or late in the tenure of the said Richard Smyth and formerly of `one Thomas Burbage'.
