Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Stratford-upon-Avon, to John Huckell of Stratford, chandler, of a messuage and barn in Stratford in Rother Street, otherwise the Rother Market, late in the tenure of Samuel Cooper, for 41 years at a yearly rent of 19 shillings and a couple of capons, with a fine of £15; the said John Huckell surrendering a Lease granted to William Cotterell of Alscot in Preston-upon-Stower, 12 November 1695, for 41 years.
