Deed of Sale by William Midlemore of Hawkestowe in the parish of King's Norton, co. Worc., esq., John Midlemore, his son and heir, and Bridgett wife of the said John, to William Bell of Alvechurch, co. Worc., yeoman, for £266 13s. 4d of a messuage etc. called Blakedons at Wredenhall [Rednal] in King's Norton in the tenure of John Newey, with a meadow and moor, two closes called Woodcroftes, a close called Longlandes, a leasowe called Crabtree leasowe, and a leasowe called Lydiate field, in the tenure of, or adjoining, land of Edward Newey, William Justice, Richard Broomefield, William Becke, William Wilkes, and Hugh Moore.
