Demise by Henry Cookes, maltster, Katherine his wife and Josiah Sowtham, woolman, with consent of Isabell Baylis and Robert Wootten of Stratford-upon-Avon, `barber chirurgion' to Thomas Sowtham of Welcombe, woolman, of the messuage, etc. in Henly Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in the tenure of Roger Dooly, as in ER3/361, for 495 years by way of mortgage to secure the payment, with interest, of £62 by 24 June 1690.
