Covenant to levy a Fine: Bridge Street, Stratford-upon-Avon

Description

Covenant by Robert Richards of Coventry, perukemaker and Mary, his wife, William Pemberton of Stratford, innholder, and Dorothy his wife, and William Walford of Stratford, shoemaker, who married Catherine, the late mother of the said Robert Richards, and widow of Robert Richards, tailor, of Stratford-upon-Avon, to levy a fine, in conjunction with John Farmer of Nuneaton, gent., and Allis his wife, to Moses Hands of Exhall, yeoman, of the 'Three Tuns' in the Middle Row, Bridge Street, Stratford, formerly in the occupation of Benjamin Flavell, as above, with the stable adjoining etc. to the use of the said Robert Richards.
