Agreement re division of proceeds: Wolston
Description
Indenture between Thomas Watters of Daventry, co. Northants., gent., and William Lee of Northampton, gent., of the first part, Benjamin Matthew of Daventry, gent., of the second part, Fisher Wentworth of Woolston, esq., of the third part, and Robert Dormer and Fleetwood Dormer, both of Lincoln's Inn, co. Middx., esquires, of the fourth part, reciting that the said Thomas Watters and William Lee lately purchased, for the sum of £1600 a tenement and several lands in Woolston, and agreeing among other things that part of such sum of money should be for the equal benefit of Katherine and Elizabeth, children of the said Fisher Wentworth. Witnesses: Robert Breton, Theophilus Rogers, John Winston, Edmund Bromwich, Richard Higgs and John Acam.
