Lease dated 23 March 1703/4 (Old style) [1704] from George Cross of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., to Nicholas Ingram of the same, cordwynder, of a tenement and malting house in Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, now in the possession of the said Nicholas Ingram, bounded on the West side by a tenement of Charles Ingram, and on the East side by a tenement of the said George Cross, for 6 years from 25 March 1703 at a yearly rental of £9. Witnesses: Clement Fane and Joseph Bate. Presented by W. Harrington Bush, [11 July 1892].
