Exemplification of a Recovery made in the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster, Hilary Term 1809 before Sir James Mansfield, knight, and his brethren Justices, of the manor of Honington with appurtenances, forty messuages, four water corn mills, four fulling mills, three dovehouses, forty gardens, sixteen acres of land, 300 acres of meadow, 1600 acres of pasture, seventy acres of wood, 200 acres of furze and heath, 100 acres of land covered with water and common of pasture for all cattle and common of estovers in Honington and Stretton-on-the-Fosse, together with the rectory of Honington and all tithes thereto belonging; William Atkinson, demandant, William Waltham Atkinson, tenant and Gore Townsend and Thomas Townsend, vouchees. Seal in box of green wax.
