Lease and Release: Halford
Description
Conveyance by Lease and Release from Henry Gibbs of Halford, gent., and Margaret his wife, to Philip Gardner of Nether Brailes, gent., for £1070, of the premises described in no. ER3/2249 and described herein as follows: the mansion house with appurtenances in Halford, with close adjoining called Conygree containing three acres, a meadow called the Parking Close containing one acre, a close called Elm's Holt containing two acres, four yard lands with appurtenances in the fields of Halford, and two messuages or cottages with appurtenances in Halford theretofore in the possession of Thomas Boyes and Valentine Rawlins and then in the occupation of Henry Allybond and William Boyes. Appointment by Henry Gibbs of George Enock of Swalecliff Grange, co. Oxon., gent., and Isaac Horton of Halford, yeoman, his lawful attornies, to deliver seisin of the said premises.
