Covenant to Produce Deeds: Littleworth Farm, Honington

Description

Indenture of covenant between William Edwards of Newmarket, co. Cambs., gent., and Charles Davis of Ascot Heath in the parish of Sonning, co. Berks., gent., of the one part and James Wake Golby of Banbury of the other part (reciting ER3/2151-ER3/2152 and that the Deeds, specified in the schedule thereto, related as well to the undivided moiety or half part of the hereditaments conveyed by William Walford to William Edwards and Charles Davis by ER3/2151-ER3/2152 as to the undivided fourth part of the hereditaments belonging to James Wake Golby as mortgagee of the of the Reverend Edward Gibbs Walford, and that upon the sale of the moiety of the hereditaments by William Walford to William Edwards and Charles Davis it had been agreed that they should be entitled to the title deeds of the whole property and should covenant with the said James Wake Golby to produce the same at all reasonable times), whereby it was witnessed that William Edwards and Charles Davis covenanted with James Wake Golby to produce the deeds and other evidences of title to the said hereditaments at Honington specified in the schedule at all reasonable times.
