Conveyance: Preston Bagot

Description

Conveyance from William Williams of Preston Bagot, husbandman, to Clement Parker of Rowington, yeoman, of a close called Webb Close in Preston Bagot then in the tenure of Clement Parker, which close lay between the Glebe lands of the rectory of Beaudesert and the common fields of Preston Bagot on all sides; also another close called the Furzen Close in Preston Bagot in the occupation of William Williams, extending in length between the land late of John Oldenall in the north and the common field of Preston called Goldcrofte on the south, and in breadth from the said Glebe lands of the rectory of Beaudesert on the east to a close called Goldcroft together with certain rights of way. Witnesses: James Prescott, Edward Raynsford Junior, Thomas Tibbat and John Capell. Memorandum endorsed of Livery of Seisin in the presence of John Elly, rector of Beaudesert and Preston Bagot, William Chambers, William Smith, tanner, John Elly junior, William Whatley, Humfrey Ince and Robert .........
