Conveyance by Stephen Burman of Shottery, Warwickshire, gentleman to William Harbidge of Bishopton, Warwickshire, yeoman, for £300, of messuage or tenement with croft, a close of pasture land and half a yardland of arable, meadow and pasture ground with appurtenances in the fields of Shottery, now or late in the tenures of the said Stephen Burman, Edward Wells and John Such, their undertenants or assigns, together with 'all manner of houses outhouses edifices buildings barnes stables orchards gardens courts yards backsides wayes waters watercourses trees woods underwoods hedges ditches mounds fences Commons common of pasture hades furrowes meares Balkes easements profits comodityes emoluments and advantages' belonging to the said premises To hold the said premises to William Harbidge his heirs and assigns for ever, from the Chief Lord of the fee by the rents of services therefore due or accustomed . Stephen Burman for himself and his heirs guarantees that he has the right to convey the property, and will warrant Harbidge's title against any claims which may be made against it . He also guarantees that there are no previous claims on the property in the form of sub-leases, mortgages, jointure or dower rights.
