Conveyance: Brinklow

Description

Conveyance dated 19 March 1620/1 (Old style) [1621], from Edward Markeham of Kenilworth, butcher, and Overton Markeham, son of the said Edward, to Jervice Sedgeley of Brinklow, husbandman, for £42 10s 0d of a cottage and garden with appurtenances in Brinklow in the occupation of Edward Markeham excepting one bay of building at the south end of the said house or cottage and one piece of ground adjoining thereto containing eight yards square and one other piece of ground lying at the south end of the said house containing eight yards square. Witnesses: Thomas Steane, Richard Atterberie, Richard Brian (by mark), William Morrys, John Fretton, Richard Steane, Robert Wrest, William Goode and others.
