Description

Assignment of leasehold from John Smith of Bearley, stone mason, one of the sons of William Smith late of Bearley, stone mason, deceased, to William Smith of Bearley, stone mason (reciting an indenture dated 23 August 1595 whereby Thomas Perks of Bearley, husbandman, demised to William Townsend of Snitterfield, husbandman, certain land whereon messuages thereafter described were built for a term of 1000 years, and reciting that, by various mesne assurances the property had become vested in John Smith for the remainder of the said term) for £16 16s 0d, of a messuage with appurtenances in Bearley adjoining on one end to a messuage belonging to William Smith and on the other to a messuage belonging to Thomas Smith.
