Conveyance: Rushock
Description
Conveyance from Thomas Nash of Kidderminster, gent., Samuel Eyre of Hartlebury, gent., John French of Droitwich, gent., and James Nash of Rushock, yeoman, to Henry Toy of Kidderminster, gent., and Samuel Hunt of Stourbridge, for £200 paid by James Nash to Thomas Nash and in consideration of £260 to be paid by James Nash to Thomas Nash, of certain hereditaments in Rushock therein specified. Covenant by Adam Hough of Kidderminster, gent., and John Mucklow of Halesowen, co. Salop., gent., to present a writ of entry in a recovery to be suffered of the premises in which they should be demandants, such recovery to enure to the use of Thomas Nash and his heirs for ever, with a proviso that, if the said James Nash should repay £206 to Thomas Nash such a fine should enure to the use of James Nash and his heirs for ever. Witnesses: John Watkins, Roger Oldnall and Alden Babington. Release dated 18 July 1672 for £215 0s. 4d. by Samuel Eyre (executor of Thomas Nash) to James Nash. Witnesses: John Brooke and Jarrett Palmer (by his mark).
