Draft of a Conveyance from the Rev. John Peglar of Stratford-upon-Avon, clerk, Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Warwick, surgeon, Ann Hiron of the same, spinster, devisees and trustees named in the will of Thomas Hiron of Warwick, surgeon, deceased, to Mark Philips of Snitterfield esq. and John Reid of Newland Valley, co. Gloucester, gent. in trust for the said Mark Philips, of a parcel of woodland being part of Snitterfield Bushes in Snitterfield, lying on the right hand side of the road leading from Snitterfield to Bearley, together with an assurance from the said grantors and Edward Greaves of Barford, esq., the Rev. Thomas Hope of Warwick, now of Hatton, clerk, to the said Mark Philips to produce deeds relating to the same. Consideration: £560. Witness: S. W. Haynes, solicitor, Warwick. [Hiron]
