Draft Lease: Alveston Hill and Alveston Pasture

Draft of a Lease from Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Warwick, surgeon, to William Gibbs of Alveston Hill, farmer, of a messuage and lands called Alveston Hill, and other lands called Alveston Pasture, reserving timber, mining, hunting and surveying rights. To hold for 21 years from 29th of September last paying an annual rent of £382 and also £50 for every acre converted to tillage and £20 for every acre sown with flax, hemp, woad etc. Clauses concerning taxes maintenance and crops.
