Draft of a Covenant made between Ann Hiron of Warwick, widow of Thomas Hiron, surgeon deceased, to Mark Philips of Snitterfield, esq., purchaser of part of certain woodlands called Snitterfield Bushes forming part of the estate of the said Thomas Hiron, to indemnify the said Mark Philips from payment of an annuity of £150 charged upon the Snitterfield estates of the said Thomas Hiron for the use of the said Ann. Witness: S. W. Haynes, solicitor, Warwick.
