Bond to Indemnify from Claims: Newnham in Aston Cantlow

Bond from William Ingram of Nuthurst in Hampton in Arden esq., to John Barnett of Islington, Middlesex gent. to save the said John Barnett harmless from any claim made upon an estate in Newnham, Aston Cantlow formerly belonging to Thomas Hall of the same place, gent., deceased and conveyed by the said William Ingram as executor and son in law of the said Thomas Hall to the said John Barnett, from any claim by two of the five daughters of the said Thomas Hall (all named) according to the terms of his Will, in the penal sum of £400.
