Copy of the Will dated 30 June 5 Geo [I] a.d. 1719, of John Eddon of Oxford, yeoman. To his brother Robert Eddon his messuage and appurtenances in Brailes to hold to the said Robert and his heirs for ever. The said Robert to discharge the following legacies. To Aaron Eddon £5, to his brother Richard Eddon £5, to his kinswoman Sarah Middleton £5. Also to repay 50/- owed by the Testator to William Wheatly of Brumagam [Birmingham] cutler. Remainder of goods, chattels, brass, pewter bedding etc. to his wife Mary Eddon. Said Mary Eddon appointed executrix. Witnesses: John Chairman, Edward Prickett, Dennis Chairman.
