Lease and Release, the Release being a Mortgage from Nathaniel Canning of Blackwell in Tredington co. Worcester, gent., to William Prestidge of Lower Brailes co. Warwick, gent. of two messuages and premises with a barn in Halford with three and a quarter yard lands, all which premises were devised to the said Nathaniel by the Will of his brother John Canning of Upper Eatington [Ettington], yeoman, deceased, to secure the sum of £400 plus interest.
