Warwick, under the Will of Franis Power, gent., deceased in pursuance of a decree of the High Court of Chancery in a case pending between Ann Middlemore and other creditors and legatees of the said Francis Power, plaintiffs, and the said William Dunton and Anthony Wodhull, defendants.
