Draft of a Conveyance from John Tasker, the younger, of Stratford-upon-Avon, grocer, at the direction of John Gill of the same, wine merchant, to Henry Jephson of Leamington Priors, M D and William Collins of Warwick, esq. of two adjoining newly errected messuages, one formerly used as an inn and called the Coffee House and Commercial Inn, now used as a bank by the Warwick and Leamington Banking Company, and the other in the possession of Mary Moore and used as a china warehouse, being situated in Bridge Street and Union Street (a new street) Stratford-upon-Avon. Consideration: £1,700. Witnesses: W O Hunt, solicitor, Stratford-upon-Avon, and George Moore, solicitor, Warwick. [Gill]
